Customer satisfaction is very important to us. That’s why we are here for you if you have a reason to submit a complaint. Here, we offer you the opportunity to do so.
For end customers:
Please note that we sell our products via a three-tier distribution system, and your direct contact is your retailer. This applies to statutory warranty, technical issues, as well as transport damage. As KOPP, we have no access to the ordering process at retailers and can therefore only provide limited support.

Please note that for a detailed analysis, it is essential to send in the products you wish to claim. We kindly ask that you send the products, sufficiently stamped, to us along with the complaint number. You will receive the address and procedure via e‑mail after submitting the form below.
