For end customers:

Plea­se note that we sell our pro­ducts via a three-tier dis­tri­bu­ti­on sys­tem, and your direct cont­act is your retail­er. This appli­es to sta­tu­to­ry war­ran­ty, tech­ni­cal issues, as well as trans­port dama­ge. As KOPP, we have no access to the orde­ring pro­cess at retail­ers and can the­r­e­fo­re only pro­vi­de limi­t­ed support.

Plea­se note that for a detail­ed ana­ly­sis, it is essen­ti­al to send in the pro­ducts you wish to cla­im. We kind­ly ask that you send the pro­ducts, suf­fi­ci­ent­ly stam­ped, to us along with the com­plaint num­ber. You will recei­ve the address and pro­ce­du­re via e‑mail after sub­mit­ting the form below.
